This chapter applies to an individual who:(1) did not graduate from high school with an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation;(2) has received an associate degree;(3) after receiving the associate degree, enrolls in a baccalaureate degree program; and(4) otherwise qualifies for an award.As added by P.L.169-2011, SEC.2.
