'Approved secondary school' means:(1) a public high school located in Indiana; and(2) any school, located in or outside Indiana, that in the judgment of the secretary of education provides a course of instruction at the secondary level and maintains standards of instruction substantially equivalent to those of public high schools located in Indiana.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citations: 20-12-21-3(3); 20-12-22.1-4.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.253.
