(b) All money disbursed from the higher education award fund shall be in accordance with this chapter.(c) The expense of administering the fund may be paid from money in the fund.(d) Money remaining in the higher education award fund at the end of any fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund but remains available to be used for making higher education awards under this chapter, or it may be transferred to another fund under this article as directed by the commission under IC 21-12-1.2-2.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-21-11.5.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.253.
