(2) Notify a student identified under subdivision (1) and the custodial parent or guardian of the student, if the student is an unemancipated minor, that:(A) the student is eligible to participate in the program;(B) to participate in the program, the student must agree to the conditions listed in section 5(a)(4) of this chapter; and(C) the student has the right to opt out of the program at any time.As added by P.L.235-2023, SEC.2.
