A recipient of a grant under this chapter shall submit to the commission a written report concerning the recipient's compliance with the evaluation standards developed under section 11 of this chapter on the following dates:(1) December 1 of each year.(2) July 1 of each year.As added by P.L.118-2016, SEC.23.
