A person otherwise eligible under section 4 of this chapter who enrolls in a state educational institution later than twelve (12) months after the date of the person's discharge or separation from the armed forces of the United States is subject to the tuition policies determined by the state educational institution.As added by P.L.143-2018, SEC.1.
