A state educational institution is not required to do the following:(1) Allow a senior citizen to enroll in a degree granting program, unless the senior citizen meets the admission standards of the institution.(2) Permit the full-time equivalent enrollment of senior citizens for whom tuition has been waived to exceed two percent (2%) of the institution's undergraduate full-time equivalent enrollment.(3) Waive a senior citizen's tuition for more than the equivalent of nine (9) semester hours per semester.(4) Waive fees for self-supporting programs, applications, registration, or laboratory work.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-19.3-4(c).]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.255.
