(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), students appointed under this chapter are entitled to enter, remain, and receive instruction in Ivy Tech Community College for the next school year after their appointment, under the same conditions, qualifications, and regulations prescribed for other applicants for admission to, or students in, Ivy Tech Community College.(b) A student attending Ivy Tech Community College under this chapter is not chargeable for the payment of any contingent fees.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-61-15 part.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.256.
