'Eligible secondary school student' means a student, beginning with the cohort of students that is expected to graduate in the 2022-2023 school year, who:(1) is enrolled in a secondary school in Indiana; and(2) meets any other criteria established by the commission.As added by P.L.287-2019, SEC.13.
