The department of education shall:(1) maintain a file of each private technical, vocational, correspondence, and trade school registered with the department of education; and(2) preserve in the file any grievances, complaints, or other comments about the private technical, vocational, correspondence, and trade school that have been received.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-62-5 part.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.258.
