The prosecuting attorney of the county in which an offense under this chapter occurred shall, at the request of the board for proprietary education or on the prosecuting attorney's own motion, bring any appropriate action, including a mandatory and prohibitive injunction.As added by P.L.107-2012, SEC.58.
