'Career and technical education' means any postsecondary vocational, agricultural, occupational, manpower, employment, or technical training or retraining of less than a baccalaureate level that:(1) is offered by a state educational institution; and(2) enhances an individual's career potential.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-0.5-1 part.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.259.
