Not later than August 1 of each year, the commission, in consultation with postsecondary educational institutions, shall adopt guidelines for postsecondary educational institutions concerning the administration of the project, including the exchange of data and coordinated messaging to support targeted outreach under section 5 of this chapter.As added by P.L.213-2015, SEC.236.
