(b) Based on the results of the review under subsection (a), the commission may do any of the following regarding such a program:(1) Require the restructuring of the program, based on information from other programs that are successful.(2) Eliminate the program.(3) Take no action concerning the program.As added by P.L.213-2015, SEC.234.
