The board of trustees shall meet at Ball State University in January of even-numbered years and organize by:(1) electing from their membership:(A) a president;(B) a vice president;(C) a secretary; and(D) an assistant secretary; and(2) appointing a qualified person who is not a member of the board of trustees to serve as treasurer.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-57.5-10 part.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.260.
