In case any vacancy occurs on the board of trustees by reason of the resignation, removal from the state, expiration of the term of office, or otherwise of any of the trustees appointed by the governor, the vacancy shall be filled by the governor from the respective classes as provided in this section to serve only for the unexpired term.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-37-4(e).]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.264.
