The commission may require a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution to provide information concerning the:(1) financial position of the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution;(2) academic programs and instruction offered by the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution; and(3) student outcomes;and make the information publicly available.As added by P.L.217-2017, SEC.148.
