For purposes of United States Department of Education regulations, a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution is considered to be subject to the administrative supervision and control of the executive branch by virtue of appointment by the governor of all or a majority of the trustees of a controlling state educational institution.As added by P.L.217-2017, SEC.148.
