(2) Review faculty and administration personnel complaints concerning cultural and intellectual diversity issues.(3) Make recommendations to promote and maintain cultural and intellectual diversity among faculty members.(4) Make recommendations to promote recruitment and retention of minority and underrepresented students.(b) The diversity committee shall issue an annual report stating the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the committee to the board of trustees.As added by P.L.167-2007, SEC.4.
