As used in this chapter, 'foreign government' means the government, including an agent of the government, of any country, nation, or group of nations, or any province or other political subdivision of any country or nation, other than the government of the United States or a state, territory, or protectorate of the United States.As added by P.L.142-2024, SEC.1.
