§ 21-31-2-13-5

The board of trustees of Indiana State University may not lease or transfer any ownership interest in the Indiana State University Hulman Center in Terre Haute unless the proposed lease or transfer of an ownership interest has been reviewed by the budget committee.As added by P.L.213-2015, SEC.240.
