The board of trustees of Purdue University shall take in charge, have, hold, possess, and manage all:(1) property and money comprehended in the donations;(2) funds derived from the sale of the land scrip donated under the act of Congress and the increase of those funds; and(3) money or other property that is at any time donated to and for the use of Purdue University.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-36-4.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.272.
