'Tenure' means a status of continuous employment granted to a faculty member of an institution in which the faculty member may not be dismissed except for good cause or in accordance with one (1) or more of the following:(1) The policies and procedures adopted by the institution.(2) An employment agreement entered into between the institution and faculty member.As added by P.L.113-2024, SEC.11.
