If an institution is unable to fully comply with this chapter due to an employment agreement entered into with a faculty member or person described in section 3(a) of this chapter before July 1, 2024, the institution shall attempt to comply with this chapter to the extent possible under the employment agreement with the faculty member or person.As added by P.L.113-2024, SEC.11.
