An institution shall include the following information in the institution's programming for new students:(1) The importance of:(A) free inquiry and free expression; and(B) intellectual diversity of viewpoints.(2) The appropriate and inappropriate responses to speech that a student finds offensive or disagreeable.As added by P.L.113-2024, SEC.11.
