§ 21-39-5-4-1

The board of trustees of each institution shall adopt a policy on the neutrality of the institution that makes a distinction between the official positions of the institution, including its schools, colleges, and departments, from the individual viewpoints of the institution's employees, contractors, students, and alumni.As added by P.L.113-2024, SEC.11.
