Subject to section 4 of this chapter, if an employee makes a report of a violation in conformity with this chapter, the employee may not:(1) be dismissed from employment;(2) have salary increases or employment related benefits withheld;(3) be transferred or reassigned;(4) be denied a promotion that the employee otherwise would have received; or(5) be demoted.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-1-8(b).]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.280.
