The board of trustees may:(1) establish a fire department and employ fire and safety personnel at the West Lafayette campus;(2) determine the duties and direct the conduct of fire and safety personnel;(3) prescribe distinctive uniforms for fire and safety personnel; and(4) obtain emergency vehicles and equipment for the fire department.As added by P.L.29-2011, SEC.2.
