A fire department and fire and safety personnel may provide the services authorized under this chapter:(1) upon real property owned or occupied by Purdue University's West Lafayette campus, including the streets passing through and adjacent to the campus; and(2) at any other location in Indiana if the board of trustees approves and the fire and safety personnel are engaged in the discharge of official duties.As added by P.L.29-2011, SEC.2.
