§ 21-39-9-1-1

As used in this chapter, 'group or organization' means a club, an association, a corporation, an order, a society, a private club, a fraternity or sorority, or a varsity or club athletic team primarily made up of students or alumni, regardless of whether it is chartered by a national organization.As added by P.L.162-2024, SEC.32.
