(b) A student who enters a state educational institution to which this section applies to obtain a two (2) year degree is not required to have completed:(1) the Core 40 curriculum established under IC 20-30-10;(2) a curriculum that is equivalent to the Core 40 curriculum; or(3) a curriculum aligned with Indiana diploma requirements established under IC 20-19-2-21;to be admitted to the state educational institution.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-17.5-3.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.281.
