§ 21-41-11-5

(a) The university shall:(1) appoint a full-time director to administer the institute;(2) employ staff necessary to implement this chapter;(3) appoint members of the advisory board; and(4) submit to the general assembly an annual report before July 1 of each year.(b) The annual report of the institute must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 and must include the following:(1) A summary of the activities of the institute.(2) Data on the number of individuals trained.(3) An analysis of the extent to which the purposes of the institute have been accomplished.(4) A proposal for a program and budget for the two (2) years following the year that is the subject of the report.As added by P.L.2-2014, SEC.99.
