(2) Prepare a summary report that:(A) includes a summary of the reports described in subdivision (1);(B) estimates the potential impact to approved postsecondary educational institutions currently conferring associate degrees; and(C) may include recommendations regarding conferring associate degrees to eligible current students and eligible former students as described in section 5 of this chapter, including recommendations regarding the following:(i) A model statewide policy for state educational institutions to seek approval for a particular associate degree from the commission for higher education under IC 21-41-2-2.
