(a) Not later than July 1, 2025, each state educational institution shall offer at least one (1) baccalaureate degree program specifically structured to allow a full-time student to complete the baccalaureate degree program within three (3) years.(b) A baccalaureate degree program described in subsection (a):(1) must include specialized coaching and guidance;(2) must include opportunities for a student to engage in experiential and work based learning; and(3) may not require a student to have already earned credit hours during high school as postsecondary credit through a:(A) dual credit course;(B) dual enrollment course; or(C) similar early college program.As added by P.L.94-2024, SEC.7.
