As Indiana's community college system, Ivy Tech Community College shall:(1) offer a community college curriculum and training services as described in IC 21-22 and this chapter at all of the college's major instructional sites; and(2) provide an opportunity for students to earn associate degrees that are accepted by four (4) year colleges and universities.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-75-4 part.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.282.
