'Early college' means an academic program consisting of a series of dual credit courses or concurrent enrollment courses, or both, which allow high school students to earn both an Indiana diploma and:(1) an associate degree that has been approved by the commission for higher education; or(2) up to two (2) years of academic credit toward a baccalaureate degree.As added by P.L.125-2013, SEC.5.
