A state educational institution may permit a student who:(1) receives a secondary school level certificate of achievement in a particular subject or skill area; and(2) satisfies the standards for receipt of academic credit as determined by the state educational institution;to receive postsecondary credit at the state educational institution for the secondary school level certificate of achievement.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-1-9(a).]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.284.
