School corporations and eligible institutions may collaborate to offer:(1) early college programs;(2) college courses taught by faculty members of eligible institutions; or(3) concurrent enrollment college courses;that meet the educational objectives of the school corporation and are offered by eligible institutions in secondary school locations.As added by P.L.125-2013, SEC.14.
