§ 21-43-4-19

(a) The department of education, in consultation with the commission for higher education, shall:(1) establish guidelines to carry out this chapter; and(2) evaluate postsecondary enrollment opportunities annually and report to the Indiana state board of education concerning the postsecondary enrollment opportunities.(b) The guidelines established under this section must encourage participation by students:(1) at all achievement levels; and(2) in a variety of academic and vocational subjects.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-30-11-17.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.284.
