§ 21-43-4-2

This chapter does not prohibit:(1) a student from enrolling in or attending an education program when the student is not required to be in attendance at the student's school corporation;(2) a school corporation from:(A) providing a supplemental postsecondary education program to students; and(B) permitting a student to attend an education program during the regular school day or regular school year; or(3) an eligible institution from permitting a student of a school corporation to enroll in or attend a course offered or sponsored by the eligible institution.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-30-11-19.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.284.
