The governing body of each school corporation shall:(1) adopt policies to implement postsecondary enrollment opportunities, based on guidelines established by the department of education; and(2) work with eligible institutions to grant secondary credits to a student who attends an eligible institution while the student also is attending secondary school.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-30-11-8.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.284.
