The governor shall direct the commission for higher education, the department, and the cabinet to, in consultation with state educational institutions, prepare model guidance and informational resources concerning postsecondary enrollment opportunities described in this article that incorporate work based learning experiences.As added by P.L.216-2021, SEC.46.
