'Anatomical education program' means a program that provides for the:(1) acquisition of cadavers for educational purposes for use in health education programs at postsecondary educational institutions;(2) distribution of the cadavers to eligible institutions;(3) use of the cadavers for educational purposes by eligible institutions; and(4) final disposition of the cadavers.[Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-29.5-1.]As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.285.
