(b) The board may require an entity receiving a grant described in this section to financially participate in the infrastructure expenses in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the infrastructure expenses.(c) The board may not distribute funds under this chapter to directly fund residency slots.As added by P.L.190-2015, SEC.4.
