If an out-of-state public or nonprofit degree granting institution fails to comply with this chapter, the:(1) department may notify the executive officer of the commission regarding the noncompliance; and(2) executive officer of the commission may revoke the authorization granted under IC 21-18-12.2 to the out-of-state public or nonprofit degree granting institution.As added by P.L.127-2024, SEC.12.
