§ 22-10-1-7-1

Any rule of:(1) the department of mines and mining;(2) the board established under IC 22-10-1-5 (before its repeal); or(3) the certification board established under IC 22-10-3-7 (before its repeal);filed with the secretary of state before July 1, 1985, shall be treated after June 30, 1985, as if it had been adopted by the mining board established by P.L.37-1985.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.372.
