§ 22-10-1-7-2

On July 1, 1985, all powers, duties, and liabilities of:(1) the department of mines and mining;(2) the board established under IC 22-10-1-5 (before its repeal); and(3) the certification board established under IC 22-10-3-7 (before its repeal);are transferred to the mining board established by P.L.37-1985.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.372.
