'Equipment law' means a statute or rule under this article, IC 22-13, or IC 22-15 that applies to the design, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, installation, alteration, repair, maintenance, operation, or inspection of a regulated amusement device, boiler, lifting device, or pressure vessel.As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.1.
