'Qualified entity' means:(1) a volunteer fire department (as defined in IC 36-8-12-2);(2) the executive of a township providing fire protection under IC 36-8-13-3(a)(1); or(3) a municipality providing fire protection to a township under IC 36-8-13-3(a)(2) or IC 36-8-13-3(a)(3).As added by P.L.70-1995, SEC.3.
