(b) Before August 1, 2023, the governor shall appoint members of the commission to satisfy section 2(d) of this chapter, as in effect on August 1, 2023.(c) After July 31, 2023, except for rulemaking, a matter pending before the commission, as composed before August 1, 2023, is considered to be pending before the commission, as composed after July 31, 2023, in the same status as if the commission, as composed after July 31, 2023, had handled the matter in the same fashion as the commission, as composed before August 1, 2023.As added by P.L.155-2023, SEC.2.
